We own the real estate that we’re renting to our tenants so our tenants always get a direct lease with the landlord. By dealing with us directly our tenants don’t have to worry about uncertainties that can arise when leasing through a 3rd party.
In addition, we do our own office leasing, property management and office development so it is easy for us to quickly attend to our tenant’s needs.
