Building Amenities
All of our offices are efficient by design. Boardrooms, meeting rooms, lunchrooms and washrooms are always common and managed by the building. As a result our tenants do not need to rent additional office space in order to setup and maintain their own amenities. There is no charge for reasonable use of these amenities.
